Whole Wheat Corn Muffins with Blueberries:
Ingredients:
1 cup of whole wheat flour
1 cup of cornmeal
3 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of milk
1 egg
1 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries (thawed/drained)
a dash of salt
and a few spoons of butter for good measure.
Mmm leftover blueberries...
