CelebBoutique, True Blood, and Pam's One Shoulder Red Dress

True Blood Fashion Post

I've been mesmerized by this dress ever since Vampire Pam showcased it in True Blood Episode 2. It's an 80's power club dress and I'm in love with it! Other celebs have been spotted wearing this Brian Lichtenberg creation, but Pam takes the cake, hands down. The hair, the matte red lips, and the deathly scowl = FIYA! I want to snatch the whole ensemble right off the screen! Actually, if I had screen snatching powers, her boss, Eric Northman, would be in my living room right now—but that's neither here nor there.

The dress is about $400. Not bad, but for less than half the price this dress from Celebboutique ($138—seen on Blake Lively) captures the spirit of Brian Lichtenberg's dress perfectly. It’s got the sparkles, the curve hugging shape, and most of all, the shoulder pads!
Now let’s talk CelebBoutique for a moment. is a fairly new website completely dedicated to getting us poor folks the fashion that all the celebs are wearing for less: shoes, jewelry, and clothing—and from the UK… so you know it’s good. It’s like if TMZ sold clothes.

You can search by style or particular celebrity—say, Kim Kardashian, and rip her looks right out of the gossip mags. Warning ladies: Please don’t try to rock her style if you don’t have her body. encourages you to: Buy their stuff (duh), follow them on twitter, and tweet them pics of yourself wearing their styles.

Now look into my eyes. (In southern drawl) Can you feel my influence? Do it! (That was me "glamouring" you, by the way.)
